Comstock Bay's Realty Management System team has released a new feed option for broker's to submit their listings to Trulia and Zillow. Trulia and Zillow are national real estate search engines that provide value added services for potential buyers as well as agents and brokers.

The Lake & Woods Realty web site has been redesigned with several new features including;
  • Printable property type lists
  • Printable property type maps and pin index lists
  • Printable map of locations of all rmls lakefront and lake lot properties of Hubbard Lake (viewable at office only)

The Byce Real Estate web site is now hosted and managed by Comstock Bay.  Byce Real Estate is located Lincoln Michigan in Alcona county near Hubbard Lake and Harrisville. It is a quiet town with a great deal of Northern Michigan character.

A new java taglib is under construction. All client Realtor 7.2 functions will be referenced employing a tag format. This new taglib will facilitate a cleaner division between the realty agency web design and background business processes. All tag output can manipulated with a set of CSS support classes. A soon to be released document will describe the definitions for all CSS selectors used for layout and color control.

A publication package is now in beta testing. Initial applications includes the automatic production of html pages for folded (two page per sheet) brochures. Interfaces to service directories, agency real estate listings, calendar, and other sources are being developed. A publication is specified with an XML file that allows several "sections" to be described. Sections can include static content, indices, table of contents, and interface descriptions to dynamic content such as a service directory or a real estate agency listing database.
